POLYPROPYLENE: CHEAP AND PRACTICAL

Polypropylene is ideal for garden furniture: light, very easy to maintain, it is relatively resistant to bad weather but will need to be stored away from frost during the cold season. Indeed the gel will tend to weaken the polypropylene and make it more brittle. Also watch out for UV rays which can sometimes cause the color to fade slightly over the long term.

OLEFIN

It is a high quality synthetic fiber. It has the advantage of being particularly strong, resistant to fading, UV rays and abrasion. It dries quickly and is breathable.
Comfortable and light, the Olefin does not peel and is very resistant to mold and bad weather, as well as to perspiration.

SUNPROOF

This is a slightly higher density Olefin fiber. It is perfectly resistant to intense light.

SUNBRELLA

Synthetic acrylic fiber, Sunbrella has great resistance to fading and UV rays thanks to its color dyed in the mass.
It is resistant to rot and mold, as well as sea water.
Easy to clean, it is also comfortable: breathable, it does not heat up or stick, it keeps its flexibility and does not peel.
It is a very high quality fiber.

FOAMS FOR CUSHIONS AND SEATS

STANDARD FOAM

The standard foam used for the cushions of outdoor furniture is relatively resistant to humidity, and in many cases it is coated with a water-repellent fabric that will protect it. However, it is better to store your cushions away from humidity and bad weather, especially during the cold season, because otherwise they risk being damaged prematurely.

QDF (QUICK DRY FOAM) OR FAST DRY
